What it is
Akariiet is a property management platform sold as a service to property management companies. I design and develop it, and each organization's data stays isolated from the others.
What I built
- Built and maintain 12 core business modules, from organizations and contracts to claims and audit logs.
- Secured the platform with JWT authentication, Spring Security, back-end access guards, sanitized API error responses and organization-level data isolation.
- Integrated Paymee payment workflows for SaaS billing, subscription management, invoice tracking and payment status monitoring.
- Deployed with Docker and CI/CD pipelines, and validated critical workflows through automated testing and AI-assisted testing with Cursor AI.
